Radix Learning offers Work-Integrated Learning programs for employees working in companies in the IT industry. Such programs are designed to be a means of continuing education for employed personnel, and designed to be an integral part of the human resources development activities of specific companies in the industry.
The Work-Integrated Learning programs enable the employee-learners strengthen their foundations, enhance their work-performance related competencies, increase their productivity and make focused inroads into a career path, among others. For the companies, such Work-Integrated Learning programs enable better integration of HRD initiatives, obtain improved productivity from their workforce, and help manage employee attrition better.
