In partnership with specific educational institutions, Radix Learning offers industry-focused, intensive, technology-enabled training programs. Radix Learning currently offers the following two kinds of programs:

• Employability Enhancement Programs:
  These programs are offered to fresh graduates / students currently enrolled in an under graduate program. The key objective of these programs is to build the basic competencies in the learner and get them ready for an entry-level job in the industry. Programs are currently offered in partnership with IIIT-Bangalore in the area of Software Development.
  
  
• Work-Integrated Learning Programs:
  These programs are offered to working professionals in the industry while they are involved in a full-time employment. The key objective of these programs is to significantly up-skill the learner while they continue to perform their duties as required by their job. Programs will be offered in the area of Information Technology in partnership with leading universities.
