Dr. K R V “Raja” Subramanian founded Radix Learning along with a team of professionals who share a passion for creating innovative & effective learning solutions and services. Prior to Radix Learning, Dr. Subramanian was the CEO of Ascendum Systems (www.ascendum.com). Before this, he served as Professor of Computer Science and Dean of Distance Learning at the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS) in Pilani, India - considered one of the top 5 universities for higher learning in India. During his tenure as Dean, the distance learning programs grew multifold in terms of revenue, number of degree programs, student enrolment, etc. He conceptualized and initiated the BITS Virtual University-one of the first of its kind in India at that time.

Dr. Subramanian has to his credit, a unique blend of academic and corporate experience where he has led from the front for over 30 years. His interests on the technical side include diverse areas such as software engineering, object technology, software architecture, instructional design, and eLearning. He has also served as Director and Secretary in the prestigious International Board of Standards for Training, Performance & Instruction (www.ibstpi.org).

Vaidhyanathan is the Chief Operating Officer at Radix Learning. He has over twelve years of experience in various early stage companies in diverse roles such as finance, product management, delivery, sales operations and corporate planning. He has been involved in transforming multiple companies from start-up stage to successful businesses.

Earlier, Vaidhyanathan was Vice President at Nielsen BuzzMetrics, leading Sales Operations and Corporate planning. Prior to that, he co-founded and headed the Products team at Vinimaya, a software company in the eProcurement space. Prior to Vinimaya, Vaidhyanathan was a Senior Analyst at Lehman Brothers on Wall Street.

Vaidhyanathan has an MBA from IIM Bangalore and holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Computer Science from BITS Pilani.

Ashok heads the delivery function at Radix Learning. He has over 12 years of experience project management and operations. Prior to joining Radix Learning, Ashok was a project manager at Convergys, managing projects for Solution Migration and Learning Transformation domains. Prior to that, he was working with Digital Think in similar role. He started his career with as a Software Engineering working in Learning Byte International Inc.

Ashok has completed his Master Degree from BITS Pilani and is a certified PMP.
